Registered customers must log in in order to submit a case to our support department. You can also have access to the knowledge base. This KB will give you information about Convertigo, tips and tricks, as well as some generic Solutions.
Any customer can request a support by filling our contact form. Customers with maintenance contracts will be supported as stated in the contrat. Other customers will be supported with a lower priority. Unregistered customers can also have access to the Convertigo Enterprise Mashup public solution database or the public forum.
