    Hello

I would like to use the ionSwipe event on a ion-item-sliding in order to perform an action directly when sliding the item (use in conjunction with explandable options in the sliding options. Doc here : https://ionicframework.com/docs/v3/api/components/item/ItemSliding/ )

The ionSwipe event seems not to be present in the Event Type field of the Event component (convertigo studio), and if I set up panually, this doesn’t seems to work.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hello Alexandre,

I you want to manually set up a non-existing event you have to wrap it with parentheses : Event type => (ionSwipe).

    Thank you.

    Hello

According to ionic 3 documentation, (ionSwipe) event should be emitted from ion-item-sliding. Instead of that, the only node from wich it seems to be triggered within convertigo mobile builder seems to be the ion-items-options (this is the only node from where it is triggered here)

Another trouble is that I can access the data binded within the (ionSwipe) event. Any idea ?

    Hi,

The Ionic 3 documentation states for ionDrag and ionSwipe events for the ion-item-sliding component, but ionDrag event is the only one fired (Tested ion Convertigo 7.5.6).
The Ionic 3 ion-item-options documentation at https://ionicframework.com/docs/v3/api/components/item/ItemOptions/#output-events states for an ionSwipe output event that is correctly fired in Convertigo Mobile Builder.
I found issues posted in the ionic-team git declaring this behaviour as a bug or a documentation bug :
    https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic/issues/12146
    https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-site/issues/1213

So, I guess ionSwipe only works on ion-item-options components

You can retrieve data from the ionSwipe event with a customAction component and the ‘event’ variable.

    OK with that. Thank you.

The problem for getting event infos was that I used several blocks in parallel under the (ionswipe) event which looks to be not possible in angular. With only one bloc it works great.

    Thank you
