    Hi, we are encountering an occasional error where the mobile application shows the spinning icon and seems stuck waiting for a response from the Convertigo server. How could we log this error and view the logs, or is there a known solution for this error? We are using the CGI Mobility Platform 7.3 to develop the Convertigo server, and CEMS 7.2.0 for the mobile app.
