    Hi,

I’m actually using the sdk to post documents to a fullsync database by using the fs:post requestable.

I wanted to know if i can change the Acl Policy from the sdk. I would like to set the value of the ~c8oAcl myself and not use the Authenticated user of the session.

    Thanks in advance.

No, You cannot do directly from SDK. If this was allowed it would break the product security framework allowing any client to change identity without server control.
This is why if you want to change the acl, you may use a server sequence triggered by a FullSync listener and this sequence will be able to change the ACL call a FS Post transaction. Of course you will be responsible to check if this modification is legal in your sequence.

    Hope That Helps

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Could you give me an example ? Should i use a PutUdpate or a PostDocument transaction ?
In this project we already have a full sync listener to push the documents to a Database.

    Hello Megane,

Do you still need a sample project or did you manage to make it on your own?

    Thank you.
