C-EMS comes with several independent modules that can be used separately, depending our project requirements.

NB: C-EMS is divided into modules from the logical point of view, but all of them are packaged into a single installer. When you download the Eclipse Studio all modules are installed, but are enabled or disabled according to the license key you provide.

C-EMS Eclipse Studio is a complete Eclipse 3.4 environment including the C-EMS plugin with all Convertigo menus, toolbars, templates, perspective and docs required to build and deploy C-EMS projects.

Deployment
Convertigo projects can be deployed either on-premises or in the Convertigo Cloud. Both deployment models can be mixed, offering maximum flexibility in terms of IT investments and governance.

Convertigo projects can be deployed on-premises, on your own servers. In that case, a classical CPU licensing model applies. |
| Shared Cloud |
The Convertigo Shared Cloud is a free, public space where customers can easily evaluate the Convertigo products and test their mashups. It is based on Amazon EC2, provides no specific SLA and can be reset at any time when needed. Developers willing to evaluate Convertigo technology can download the Eclipse Studio and deploy in the Shared Cloud by default. There is no need to provision and configure dedicated hardware for this evaluation and there is no need to learn how to deploy in Amazon. |
| Private Cloud |
The Convertigo Shared Cloud is a private, secured, isolated space where customers can easily validate and deploy their Convertigo projects. It relies on Amazon EC2 and has an additional Convertigo monitoring layer adding load balancing, fault tolerance, instance restart, etc. In that case, a susbcription model applies. |
